*technical difficulties message* - This usually pops up before you even start the surveys or sadly, after you complete a survey. if ever you get this on surveys it most likely means you are being capped from doing surveys from that website for a while.
? -why did this happen- everyone should remember that even though the surveys have different names they are the same and if you use the same email in a certain time period they will cap you a while from completing anymore of their studies.
~how to solve this problem- you can do one of three things
1. doing something as simple as changing the email you used by clearing cookies and using a NEW email usually will always solve the problem and you can continue doing however many you want freely.
2. you can wait a day or so before continuing the surveys again (if you choose not to make other emails and use only a few for doing the surveys)
3. you can switch to a different browser and do surveys from that browse more or less thatll work a few times if you can qualify. If you dont youll get capped on that browser as well
Example: i had this happen to me on ie8 and then switched to firefox and had this happen again so i switched back to ie8 and i am fine right now.
