[ARC]- Enter email, confirm email click through the bonus offers until taken to ArcaMax site. These can take hours to approve but they will approve.
[ES]- Submit a new email and opt in/sign up to at least 2 of there offers and then confirm some of the email and claim. They can take time to approve.
[FMW]- You must complete the registration. Then click through offers until your taken to a download page. Just follow the descriptions and you should get these to approve all the time.
